What Does It Cost To Use SMART Delivery?
There is no license fee or monthly subscriptions for signing up or access. RioXpress charges transaction fees and commission on shipments. For carriers, access is 100% free of charge.
What Can I Ship?
We support all palletised and bulk tank transport. Please contact us for any specific requirements.
What Warranties Do I Have For My Shipments?
SMART Deliveries operates under country-specific freight forward industry terms. We are members of the Logistics and Freight Association of the United States (LFAUS). RioXpress can also offer specific insurance cover on request. We regularly review our transport providers and only work with professional and experienced carriers.
How Does SMART Deliveries Verify Carriers?
We take pride in ensuring the quality of our Carriers. All Carriers are pre-screened and verified before they start carrying your freight. We regularly monitor compliance documentation and review Carrier performance.
